This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure "Window D50.8*3mm". The requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. • The government requires the purchase of "Window D50.8*3mm" in specific quantities:

• Deadline for Quotes: March 18, 2026, at 1400 Eastern Standard Time (EST).

• Quotes must include a validity date of no less than 60 days from the due date.

• Offerors must include price, payment terms, delivery terms, Offeror Point of Contact (including phone number and email address), Offeror CAGE Code, and Offeror SAM UEI.

• Technical Acceptability Criteria:

  • Quoting the required items in the required quantities and meeting minimum specifications.
  • Submitting documentation demonstrating previous experience in applying for and successfully receiving an export license.

• Past performance information from the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) will also be considered.

• This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.

• Registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) is required prior to award.

• Deadline for Questions: March 16, 2026.

• This solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days.
