This document is a Sources Sought Synopsis to identify potential sources for the acquisition of Spectro Cloud Palette VerteX software licenses. The government is conducting market research for planning purposes and this may not result in a future solicitation or contract award.

• Foreign Participation: Not permitted. Contractor personnel performing work within the USAF facility must be US Citizens.
• Security Clearance: Not required.
• Reimbursement: The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation.

Respondents are instructed to complete and submit a Contractor Capability Survey. This survey requests information on:

• Company/Institution business information (address, POC, CAGE/DUNS, SAM UEI, etc.)

• Business size and socio-economic status (Small Business, WOSB, SDVOSB, etc.)

• Interest in subcontracting opportunities.

• General capability questions (facility capabilities, staff, quality assurance, on-time completion rate, etc.).

• Commerciality questions (catalog/market prices, workforce, terms and conditions, warranty, return process).

• Deadline: Responses must be received no later than close of business on March 20, 2026.
