• Small business subcontracting requirements.
• Compliance with various statutes and executive orders (e.g., labor standards, environmental regulations, prohibitions on certain entities).

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, seeking quotes for miscellaneous wiper blade parts. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

The procurement is for specific wiper blade parts, listed by National Stock Number (NSN), Part Number, and Quantity. All items must be manufactured by IN-MAR SYSTEMS LLC. Vendors must provide a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) stating they are an authorized distributor; failure to do so will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive.

• Preservation, Packing, & Marking: MIL-STD-2073-1E & MIL-STD-129R, individually packaged and labeled.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Payment Terms: NET 30, in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment.

• Quote Due Date: 05/01/26, 12 PM EST.

• Total cost must include delivery and any freight charges to zip code 21226.

• Invoicing must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov. A copy of the invoice must also be sent to Stephanie.a.garity@uscg.mil.

• All responsible sources may submit a quotation.

• Vendors must have an active registration in SAM.Gov prior to award.

• This solicitation is current through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 03 March 2026.

• Packaging lists must cite the Purchase Order Number and be attached to the outside of the shipment.

• All material must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R and barcoded unless otherwise authorized.
