This letter solicitation (RFP) is for the acquisition of 119 units of Noun: Light, Landing, Aircr, National Stock Number (NSN): 6220-01-573-5489, Part Number: 45-0434-2-2. The government is seeking Honeywell's best pricing and delivery terms for this item on a one-time buy basis.

• Contractor First Article Test Requirement in accordance with FAR 52.209-3 ALT I. A waiver request must be submitted promptly if intended; proposals without pricing for testing or an approved waiver will be considered inadequate.

• Reusable Containers must be Contractor Furnished Material and priced separately.

• Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) engineering and AMRDEC Mandated Clauses are attached.

• Items with a unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or more require Item Unique Identification (IUID) markings per DFARS 252.211-7003. An IUID waiver request must be submitted promptly if intended; proposals without pricing for IUID or an approved waiver will be considered inadequate.

• This solicitation is against Honeywell Basic Ordering Agreement SPE4A1-22-G-0014.

• All terms and conditions of the proposal must be in accordance with SPE4A1-22-G-0014.

• Delivery is to DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma at Tinker AFB, OK.

• Proposal submission must include a simulated delivery schedule (Microsoft Project or Excel) based on actual lead time and manufacturing capacity.

• Proposals must be submitted in writing.

• Closing date for the solicitation is COB 05 May 2026.

• This requirement has been advertised as a Contract Opportunity on SAM.gov for public viewing.
