• Scheduled Visits: One (1) visit per month to Kerrville, Datapoint Dental, and Northwest HCC (NWHCC). Audie L. Murphy (ALM) requires four (4) visits per month.

• Compliance: Adherence to VHA Directive 1116(2) and utilization of the Censis tracking system.

• Quality Assurance: A quality assurance report must be provided with each batch of instruments serviced.
