Quick Summary
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 60 CONS LGC office, is soliciting proposals for a Stationary On-Demand Nitrogen Generation System for the 60 MXS Wheel and Tire section at Travis Air Force Base, California. This Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity requires a complete, turnkey system to replace an existing end-of-life unit. Proposals are due March 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM PST.

It requires a holding tank capacity of at least 1,000 cubic feet of nitrogen at 500 psig or greater, a high-pressure regulator panel, and a purity analyzer for nitrogen, oxygen, and moisture levels. The system must be engineered for durability, weigh less than 6,000 lbs, and be fully rated for outdoor operation at Travis AFB.
