The contractor will provide comprehensive services including:

  • Maintenance of RO systems, DI tanks, and system filters.
  • Quarterly RO system and Distribution Loop sanitization.
  • Monthly water monitoring program at specified locations.

  • Re-testing within 7 calendar days if bacteria or endotoxin levels increase.
  • Ozone Sanitization and three days of testing following intensive bacterial/endotoxin growth.
  • Installation of additional sample test ports as marked.
  • Contractor must be available 24/7 for servicing equipment, responding within 24 hours.
  • Provision of a safety plan, including an Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Written certification of negative Tuberculosis (TB) screening for all assigned employees.
