Scope of Work
The required services include:
- Personnel: Provision of 10 mariners with current STCW certifications, including Master, Chief Mate, Second Mate/OICNW, Able Seafarer-Deck, Chief Engineer, First Assistant Engineer, Second Assistant Engineer/OICEW, and QMED/Able Seafarer Engine.
- 24/7 Technical Support: Online and phone support for critical ship systems such as Medium Voltage Switchgear, Generator Control Units, Automation/Machinery Plant Control and Monitoring System (MPCMS), Thrusters, Dynamic Positioning System, Towing Winch, Integrated Bridge Systems, and Reduction Gear/Controllable Pitch Propeller system.
- Optional Services: Analysis, studies, inspections, surveys, on-site casualty response, and documentation updates related to configuration changes. Hot work and surface preservation are explicitly excluded.
- Program Management: Comprehensive program management with a designated Program Manager as the single point of contact.
- Associated Travel: Contractor travel will be required and reimbursed per FAR 31.205-46.
