  • Installation of new utilities (electrical power, lighting, lightning protection, potable water, fire water, telecom, compressed air).
  • Construction of a new steel connector bridge, an electrical substation (including equipment foundation), and abutment/landside approach to the connector bridge.
  • All associated earthwork activities. The base project work shall be completed sequentially from Phase 1 to Phase 2 to allow continued operation of the Ensley Engineer Yard. Phase 1 must be completed before Phase 2 begins. Options, if awarded, will be completed in the sequence directed by the Government.
