• Workforce & Management: Provide an on-site supervisor responsible for coordination and execution, direct personnel, assign tasks, serve as the primary point of contact, ensure efficient and safe work, and provide qualified personnel including at least one certified forklift operator.

• Receiving & Warehouse Operations: Receive shipments, manage inventory, maintain organization and tracking, and support staging and distribution.

• Deliverables: Move plans, scheduling coordination, inventory tracking, and invoices/service documentation.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price contract with hybrid CLINs.
