Submission & Evaluation
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Offerors must submit a quotation, representing compliance with SAM registrations and certifications. Crucially, offerors must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming their status as an authorized reseller or distributor of BlueOptima products. Quotations without this documentation may not be considered. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. All costs, including shipping to Dam Neck, VA, tariffs, and duties, must be included in the quoted price.
