- Evaluation: Quotations will be evaluated impartially, considering those with the highest perceived value based on price, technical capability, and prior experience.
- Amendment Acknowledgment: Offerors must acknowledge Amendment 0001 with their quote package.

Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov with an "active" status. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 60 days. Award is subject to the availability of funds. Amendment 0001 provides Government responses to questions and an additional document.
