Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the production of two types of full process color magnets, shrink-wrapped in packs of 10:
- JKT 460-892: 1,500,000 units of 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline 3" x 3" Magnets (2026 Logo).
- JKT 460-894: 1,500,000 units of 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline 3.25" x 5.875" Rectangle Magnets (2024 Logo).
Both magnet types must use 30 mil magnetic base sheeting with white vinyl facing and UV coating suitable for outdoor and indoor use. Digital color content proofs are mandatory, and direct-to-plate printing with a minimum resolution of 2400 x 2400 dpi is required. Packing involves shrink-wrapping in packs of 10 (no commingling), with shipping containers having a minimum bursting strength of 275 psi, packed to capacity, and not exceeding 40 pounds. Specific labeling with stock numbers (PEP26-988-001 and PEP24-988-013) is required for packages, cartons, and pallets. Contractors must also select and certify random copies as per GPO Form 917.
Contract Details
- Award Type: Award will be made based on the lowest overall cost for both jackets.
