The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is preparing a solicitation for Surface/Carrier Engineering Maintenance Assist Team (S/CEMAT) services. Scope of Work
The contractor will provide engineering and technical support for maintenance and planning related to the overhaul and repair of equipment and systems. This includes Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E), aviation equipment, Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Intelligence (C4I) combat support systems, and other support equipment. CEMAT teams will assist Ship’s Force in identifying and correcting material condition discrepancies to sustain equipment during operational deployments. Work locations are global, including major hubs like Norfolk, VA, San Diego, CA, and Yokosuka, Japan.
