Evaluation
Award will be made to the vendor whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct them if necessary. Evaluation factors, in order of importance, are:
- Technical Capability: Quotes must address all requirements and qualified parts, providing verification or certification for the gas tanks (inert) regarding the specified rating, material, capacity, and ports.
- Price: Quotes must include all applicable costs and relevant certifications/qualifications.
