To procure and install a Brand Name Instron 1500HDX Universal Testing Machine (UTM) for the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the United States Military Academy, West Point. The UTM will support civil engineering laboratory testing.

• Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary for the installation of the UTM.

• Deliver a UTM meeting minimum specifications: one hydraulic actuator with a 337.5 kip maximum capacity and 12-inch stroke, hydraulic grip actuation, 8-inch gage length rebar extensometer, controller, computer, monitor, compatible software, and all necessary hoses and connectors.

• Perform onsite installation, delivery, and ensure the UTM is operational to known standards, validated by the Government and COR.
