Infrequently, services may extend to other states and districts covered by the USACE North Atlantic Division’s (NAD) mission areas, specifically Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia, excluding Europe.
