Scope of Work
The contractor will provide and install a Brand Name MTS Structural Beam Testing System, including:

- A hydraulic service manifold (50 gpm capacity) and hydraulic power unit (30 gpm capacity, 63 dB noise rating).
- A hydraulic servo-controller, computer, and compatible software.
- All necessary hoses, cables, cords, and connectors for a fully operational system.
- On-site services: Rigging, offloading, setting in place, electrical wiring, hose connections, and debris disposal.
- Installation: Including provision of electrical parts, labor, water, and hydraulic connections.
- Training: A 12-hour on-site operator training session.
- Documentation: Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
The system must fit through a 7.5 ft by 11 ft door opening, and all components must fit within a 20 ft by 7 ft space in Goethals Hall, Cyber and Engineering Academic Center, High-Bay Room 102.

Submission & Evaluation

The Government intends to award one contract to the most advantageous offeror without discussions. Quotes for less than the stated number of items will be considered ineligible.
