The contract requires adherence to a Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), a Cybersecurity Protection Plan (NIST SP 800-161, 800-53), and a Counterfeit Prevention Plan.
Key deliverables include various reports outlined in the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), such as Government Property (GP) Inventory Reports, Production Surge Plans, Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Reporting, Acquisition and Sustainment Data Package (ASDP) Teardown Deficiency Reports, Bills of Materials (BOM) for supply chain risk management, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and Technical Order Improvement Reports.

Submission & Evaluation
Award will be made using a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedure. Technical proposals and past performance will be rated as Acceptable or Unacceptable.
