Amendment / Modification

• Revision to Schedule of Supplies (Attachment 3): The delivery requirement for CLIN 0001 has been changed from "90 days" After Receipt of Order (ARO) to "Not to exceed 90 days" After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Salient Characteristics document (technical specifications for components).

• Schedule of Supplies (Attachment 3), specifically CLIN 0001 delivery requirement.

This amendment does not extend the hour and date specified for receipt of offers. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this amendment. If a bidder desires to change an offer already submitted, the change must be made by telegram or letter, referencing the solicitation and this amendment, and received prior to the opening hour and date specified.

• Compatibility and Delivery:
  • Grip housing and all switches must be delivered as a complete set.
  • Guaranteed fitment of housing to accept all provided switches without modification.
• Warranty:
  • Contractor shall transfer all available manufacturer warranties.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) on SAM.gov, for the procurement of eighty (80) "Cobra style" aircraft flight control grips. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12.

• Eighty (80) "Cobra style" aircraft flight control grips.

• Deliverables must meet the specifications outlined in the attached Equipment List (Attachment 1) and Schedule of Supplies (Attachment 3).

• If a CLIN item is not separately priced (NSP), vendors should annotate unit price as zero (0) and place "NSP" in the total price column.

• The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order.

• Independent consultation with Government Officials regarding project requirements is prohibited.
