No substitutions will be authorized without approval from USCG SFLC Technical Experts. All circuit card assemblies must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, cushioned in a double layer of 3/4 inch bubble wrap, and packed in an ASTM-D5118 single-wall fiberboard box. Marking must comply with MIL-STD-129R, with barcoding per ISO/IEC-16388-2007, Code 39 symbology.
Eligibility & Submission
The Government believes that only the OEM, HOSE-MCCANN COMMUNICATIONS (CAGE CODE 73274), or its authorized distributors, can provide the required technical data and genuine OEM parts. Authorized distributors are invited to submit a quote, which MUST include a letter from HOSE-MCCANN COMMUNICATIONS (CAGE CODE 21204) verifying their authorized distributor status.
