Scope of Work
This solicitation is for the fabrication of replacement tanks in accordance with detailed engineering drawing RT-250901. The procurement is for 1 LOT, which includes 7 individual tanks (T-F1, T-F1A, T-F2, T-H5, T-H8, T-H2B, T-J7). Key specifications include:
- Materials: Tanks to be fabricated from 1/4" thick stainless-steel plate.
- Lining: Interior lining of 3/32" thick Koroseal (PVC) for sidewalls and 3/16" thick Koroseal (PVC) for bottoms.
- Construction: Seams welded with 100% Hydrogen; tanks supported as per drawings.
- Finish: Exterior to be grit blasted and coated with gray 2-part epoxy paint.
- Special Features: Counterflow rinse tanks require a SS/Koroseal lined over partition with a 3/8" rigid T-1 PVC under partition. Stations must be filled and drained at the same level.
- Compliance: Item Identification and Valuation requirements per DFARS 252.211-7003 are applicable.

Submission Requirements
Offerors must complete the solicitation in its entirety, including:
- Filling out Box 17A, reading Box 28, and signing page 1 (Boxes 30 a, b, and c).
- Providing CAGE CODE, FACILITY CAGE CODE, company size (SMALL or LARGE Business).
- Indicating if the material is a Commercial Item and/or Commercial-of-the-Shelf (COTS).
- Annotating LEAD TIME and/or delivery date.
- Completing pricing for each CLIN (FOB Destination Bremerton, WA).
- Providing manufacturer's name, CAGE code, country of manufacturing, and part number for each CLIN.
- Submitting manufacturer's specification sheets (copied/pasted not accepted).
- Providing a redacted quote and email from the manufacturer/distributor.
- Completing all representations and certifications.
- Returning all pages of the completed original solicitation package.
- Ensuring current registration in SAM.gov.
Additional Notes
- NIST SP 800-171: If required, the awardee must have a current assessment (not more than 3 years old). COTS items are exempt, but must be identified to the contracting officer during the bid period.
- Traceability: If not the manufacturer, provide traceability to the manufacturer and part number in accordance with DLAD subpart 11.3 (e.g., authorized dealer letter, RFQ/quotation from approved source).
