Scope of Work
The objective is to deliver comprehensive, 3-day (24-hour) CTEP BoK Course training, with an additional 4-hour exam, to NSWC PHD personnel. Key areas of instruction include:
- Foundational Overview: History of T&E in the Federal Government.
- Acquisition Integration: Department of War (DoW) Acquisition Process.
- T&E Planning: Requirements analysis, strategy, evaluation approach, cost, management, contracting, risk management, and specialized testing.
- T&E Design: Test adequacy and Scientific Test and Analysis Techniques (STAT).
- T&E Execution: Test Control Management, Data Management, and Test Safety/Certification.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Data verification/validation, evaluation, reporting, cyber resilience/cybersecurity analysis, model validation, and data analytics. Training will be conducted on-site at NSWC PHD in Port Hueneme, CA, for up to 15 students per session, with the contractor responsible for proctoring CTEP certification exams for up to 10 students.
