The unit must provide at least 450 GPM at 300 feet of head pressure, operate 24/7, and include specific inlet/outlet configurations, gages, and electronic monitoring. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment from the return manifold to the supply manifold, including extra fittings and hoses, and ensuring the unit is free-standing and forklift accessible. Key contractor responsibilities include delivery, setup, removal, preventative maintenance, and providing service/repair within four hours of notification, with a replacement unit provided if repairs exceed 48 hours.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Offers will be ranked by total price, and the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer will be selected. Technical acceptability will be assessed based on a Technical Capabilities Statement, Rigging Sketches, Vendor Certification, Technical Data Sheet/Brochure, and other items requested in the Statement of Work. Failure to provide all required documents by the deadline may preclude award consideration. Price quotes must be held firm for sixty (60) days.
