Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To deliver and sustain a furnished, turn-key modular facility complex that establishes a complete and self-contained command and control (C2) and administrative footprint for the 211th MP BN, serving as the BN Headquarters (HQ).

• Provide non-personal services including personnel, materials, equipment, transportation, management, and supervision.

• Deliver, install, and maintain a complete turn-key modular facility solution.

• The facility will be approximately 6,120 Gross Square Feet (GSF) and support 54 personnel.

• Includes eight (8) private offices (minimum 110 sq ft each) with STC 50 rating, an open workspace for 41 personnel (2,100 NSF), a conference room for 50 personnel (2,100 NSF), a tactical operations center (300 NSF), and a supply room (500 NSF).

• Provide all necessary new or like-new office furnishings.

• Install electrical systems, lighting, HVAC, and communications infrastructure.

• Perform tear down and removal of the modular building at contract expiration.

• All work must be performed to the standards defined in the PWS.

• Quality Control Plan (QCP) required within 30 days of award.
