To deliver and sustain a furnished, turn-key modular facility complex that establishes a complete and self-contained command and control (C2) and administrative footprint for the 211th MP BN, serving as the Battalion Headquarters (HQ).

• Provide non-personal services including personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for expeditionary office space.

• Deliver, install, and maintain a complete turn-key modular facility solution, specifically one (1) BN HQ Complex of approximately 6,120 GSF.

• The complex will support approximately 54 personnel and include:

  • Eight (8) office spaces
  • One (1) controlled-access room for SECRET equipment (500 NSF)
  • One (1) conference room
  • One (1) Tactical Operation Center (300 NSF)
  • Locking doors, overhead lighting, and windows for exterior office.

• Provide installation, year-to-year lease support, and final removal of the modular building complex and all ancillary equipment.

• Perform all maintenance and repair services for the modular office buildings throughout the Period of Performance, including general maintenance, electrical repairs, HVAC services, filter changeouts, and cleaning.

• Provide secure, private office spaces with sound-isolating construction.
