Scope of Work
FPC Alderson requires complete, functional installations of the Copeland TempTrak™ Enterprise system. This includes:
- Health Services Department: Monitoring of medication refrigerators, freezers, and controlled storage areas.
- Food Service Department: Monitoring of perishable subsistence storage, including refrigerators, freezers, and walk-ins.
All components must be new, delivered to FPC Alderson, and installed in accordance with BOP IT security requirements and Copeland OEM specifications. Key system requirements include wireless temperature sensors (900 MHz), probes for various environments, TempTrak Enterprise server software or cloud deployment, secure data storage with audit trails for regulatory compliance (e.g., Joint Commission, CDC, HACCP), real-time continuous monitoring, configurable high/low threshold alarms, automated email/text alerts, and 24/7 remote monitoring access. The vendor must also provide full physical installation, system configuration, network integration, sensor calibration/validation, and initial user training.
