Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide inspection, testing, and calibration services for testing equipment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.

• The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary for inspection, testing, and calibration of testing equipment.

• Services will be performed at the Stockton Powerplant and the Harry S. Truman Powerplant, each with approximately 40 items of testing equipment requiring service.

• The contractor must ensure all personnel possess current certifications and qualifications required for the services.

• All onsite work must comply with EM 385-1-1 and applicable safety regulations.

• The contractor shall furnish a site-specific Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) within 30 days of contract award.

• The contractor and personnel shall comply with all security requirements, including background checks and training.

• All equipment listed is inspected, tested, and calibrated in accordance with industry and manufacturer standards.

• All required reports and certifications are accurate and delivered on time.

• The Government will evaluate performance in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• Period of Performance: One (1) base year (2026) and two (2) 12-month option years (2027, 2028).

Clients are encouraged to submit questionnaires directly to the offeror, but can also submit them directly to USACE. The Government reserves the right to verify all information provided.
