This is solely a market research effort and does not constitute a Request for Quote or Proposals. Contractors will be required to comply with local Spanish labor laws, insurance, regulations, and be duly authorized to operate and do business in Spain. The government will provide cranes, conveyors, lifting equipment, and government-owned forklifts and trucks when available. Contractors are responsible for providing personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees, submitting a Quality Control Plan (QCP) within five working days of contract start, and providing monthly status reports. At least one English-speaking representative must be present during performance.
