- Seven (7) non-reserved (public) spaces for USDA employees. Reserved parking must be on-site and within 300 feet of the public entrance. Non-reserved parking can be on-site or within 0.25 walkable miles. The parking lot must have pull-through capabilities and not be obstructed.
