Sources Sought Announcement

This is a Sources Sought Announcement to gather information on potential qualified sources for the procurement of a brand name TIMS Medical Computer with TIMS MVP Software for the Department of Veterans Affairs, James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital (JAHVH) Audiology and Speech Pathology Department. This announcement is for market research purposes only and is not a solicitation.

The government is seeking vendors capable of supplying, delivering, and installing the specified TIMS Medical Computer with TIMS MVP Software. This includes providing all necessary resources such as labor, materials, equipment, and tools. Service technicians must be thoroughly trained and certified.

Statement of Need

To procure one (1) TIMS 2000 SP Unit to replace an existing, unsupported device critical for the Speech Pathology department's patient care and operational efficiency.

• Acquisition of a TIMS 2000 SP Unit with specific hardware and software features.

• The unit must record high-resolution swallow studies at up to 30 fps with synchronized audio.

• It should support gold-standard protocols and analysis methods, with archiving capabilities to PACS/VNA.

• The system needs to enhance workflow and support accurate diagnoses.
