Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the government's requirements for the purchase and installation of electric roll-up doors at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina, and the integration of approved Government Furnished Property/Equipment (GFP/GFE) into the existing Logistics Readiness Squadron warehouse infrastructure.

• Installation: Provide and install electric roll-up doors, including all necessary ancillary equipment, materials, supplies, and associated infrastructure.
• Deliverables:
  • Three (3) black or olive green 10'x10' electric roll-up doors with motor operators and standard button stations.
  • One (1) black or olive green 10'x11' electric roll-up door with motor operators and standard button stations.
  • One (1) electric motor operator with standard button stations for an existing 12'x14' CHI roll-up door.
• Compatibility: Motor operators and button stations must be compatible with existing single pole 120-volt and 3-phase 208-volt facility power.
• Ancillary Services: Provide removal and disposal of previous doors and outdated parts, and conduct annual preventative maintenance.
• Preventative Maintenance: Includes inspection of doors for operability and diagnosis of any issues.

Logistics Readiness Squadron Building #216 warehouse, 321 Cullen St, Shaw AFB, SC, 29152.

Contract performance will occur at the 20th Logistics Readiness Squadron. Delivery and installation are the responsibility of the contractor, coordinated with the receiver.

• Contractor Responsibilities: Maintain clean work areas, recycle waste, and dispose of waste according to federal, state, and local regulations.

• Contractor Personnel/Manager: A contract manager with full authority must be designated. Personnel must be proficient in English and comply with all installation, facility safety, and security regulations.

• Hours of Operation: Government normal duty hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The Command Post operates 24/7.

• Recognized Holidays: A list of recognized holidays and pass days for the 20th Fighter Wing is provided.

• Security: Contractor must obtain necessary passes and identification for employees and return them upon departure.

• On-base Restrictions: Comply with base traffic regulations, speed control checks, and cell phone usage policies. Possession of weapons is prohibited.

• Hazardous Material Management: Follow Air Force Manual 32-7002 for tracking and disposal of hazardous materials. Prior authorization from HAZMART is required before using any HM. Proper disposal of all hazardous or universal waste is the contractor's responsibility.

• Reporting Requirements: Immediately report any information or circumstances posing a threat to security.

This solicitation is for the procurement of electric roll-up doors for warehouse building 216. The government is procuring these doors to fulfill operational needs.

• Installation of electric roll-up doors.

• The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other services/items required for the installation.

• The work must be performed in strict accordance with the Statement of Work dated January 12, 2026.

• Contractor Questions Cutoff: March 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.

• Technical Acceptability: Offerors must provide a written technical approach (max 5 pages) demonstrating they meet the minimum requirements. This will be rated acceptable/unacceptable.

• Offerors must annotate that prices are valid through September 30, 2026.
