It must be EPA Tier 4 Final compliant, NRTL Approved, and capable of continuous, year-round, outdoor, unmanned operation in temperatures from -10 to +110°F and 0-100% RH. The unit requires a 4-stroke diesel engine, 1800 RPM, using Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD), housed in a weatherproof, sound-attenuated enclosure (≤ 85 dBA @ 23 feet). Maximum physical dimensions are 210 in (L) x 65 in (W), with a maximum wet weight of 19,000 lbs. (without trailer).
