- This is a Brand Name requirement for TLD America, justified due to the TMX-450-50 being the only tug authorized by Robins AFB Vehicle Local Purchase Authority.
- A deviation from the U-30 CID has been approved: the TMX-450-50 will not be air transportable, though it meets drawbar pull and vehicle weight requirements. The government seeks confirmation of acceptance of this deviation.
- Multiple amendments (0001-0004) have extended the due date, corrected system glitches, and incorporated various clauses. The DPAS Priority Rating clauses have been deleted.
