• Provide all personnel, materials, and equipment for operations and maintenance at the TFCF, DXC, and FRS.

• Quotes will be evaluated to determine the most advantageous to the Government.

• This requirement is being solicited unrestricted.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).

• A site visit is scheduled for Monday, February 2nd at 09:00 AM PST at the Tracy Fish Collection Facility. Registration is required.
