The Government is seeking a heavy-duty, trailer-mounted mobile fuel bowser with a 500-gallon capacity, designed for off-road and remote use, and towable at highway speeds without requiring special driver certification. Key features include a dual axle with electric brakes, an electric trailer jack, adjustable height hitch, DOT lighting, and safety tow chains. The bowser must have an internally baffled fuel tank with a level gauge, a diesel-driven fuel pump with electric start, a mechanical dispensing meter, a 1" x 50' diesel fuel hose with high-flow swivel and nozzle, and a 50' static discharge reel.
