Key Requirements for Offerors

• Authorized Distributors: Only authorized distributors of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) will be considered. Proof on company letterhead is required with the offer.
• OEM Information: If not the manufacturer, offerors must state the OEM's CAGE code and part number.
• Quality Assurance: A quality system acceptable to the Government, in accordance with ISO 9001, is required. MIL-I-45208 is acceptable if currently used. Higher Level Inspection is mandated.
• Payment & Reporting: Electronic submittal of Receiving Reports and Invoices through PIEE-WAWF is required. Vendors are encouraged to register for EDA at piee.eb.mil for order viewing and notifications.
• Production Facility Changes: Any change in production facilities requires written approval from the Contracting Officer and a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs.
