Scope of Work
This is a non-personal services contract for verbal and written medical and legal interpretation and translation, including on-site American Sign Language (ASL) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI). Services will be provided at BAMC and outlying clinics. Languages include, but are not limited to, Spanish, Amharic, Arabic, Cantonese, Dari, Farsi, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Pashto, Portuguese, Russian, Tagalog, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese. Personnel must be certified by the Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI) and/or the National Board of Certification for Medical and Legal Interpreters (NBCMI).

Key Requirements
