- Buy American Act Certification: Required for awards over $15,000 unit price. Certifies compliance with BAA provisions, including domestic content and country of origin.
- SLAC Terms and Conditions: Review and accept the "Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services Terms and Conditions (Rev. August 2023)." Bidders may mark up terms for negotiation; no mark-ups imply acceptance.
