Scope of Work

- Lodging: Fully furnished, non-smoking rooms within a 12-mile radius of VAPSHCS, complying with ADA guidelines. Rooms must include a kitchen (sink, microwave, refrigerator, stove cooktop), utilities, and customary amenities. Options for two-bedroom, single adjoining, or one-bedroom/studio configurations are needed.
- Services: Weekly cleaning, free parking, free wireless internet, and 24-hour front desk coverage. Pet-friendly facilities are preferred.
