  • Evaluation Basis: Lowest evaluated price. Offers will be publicly opened.
  • Bonds: Performance and Payment Bonds are required within 10 calendar days after award. A bid guarantee is also required.

Important Notes

Amendments will be available via SAM.gov. Technical inquiries should be submitted through Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet. A Class Justification and Approval (J&A) allows USACE to use "brand name or equal" references for interior finishes in construction solicitations to convey specific aesthetic requirements; equivalent products meeting salient characteristics are acceptable. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 with their proposals.
