Submission Requirements

The Technical Capability Statement (Attachment 5) must be completed, certifying compliance with specifications, and returned with the RFQ. All quoted prices must be all-inclusive, covering shipping, test reports, and the Certificate of Compliance. Quotes must be held firm for 60 days.
Evaluation Criteria
Award will be based on Technical Capability, Price, and Delivery Lead Time, in descending order of importance. The award will go to the technically acceptable item(s) with the lowest aggregate price.
