Evaluation Criteria

Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit a signed SF1449, Schedule of Items, Past Performance Information Worksheet, Subcontractor Consent Form (if applicable), and a Technical Approach addressing SOW sections 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0. Acknowledgement of all amendments is required.
