Scope of Work
The objective is to procure and install commercial-grade televisions and compatible wall mounting brackets to outfit the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center's Multi-Specialty CBOC. The required items include:
- 31 x Wall Mounted Television Brackets (37-65" displays, adjustable arm, tilt/swivel, cable management, VESA compatible)
- 4 x 55" Flat Screen Televisions
- 21 x 50" Flat Screen Televisions
- 6 x 65" HDTV Large Screen Televisions
Technical Requirements
Televisions must be commercial-grade hospitality design, LED-backlit, UHD 4K resolution (minimum 3840 × 2160), 16:9 aspect ratio, HDR10 support, minimum 60 Hz refresh rate, wide viewing angle, and include integrated hospitality mode features (channel mapping, volume/power defaults, input locking, remote management). They must be compatible with centralized TV management systems, have multiple HDMI/USB inputs, RF coaxial, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, integrated stereo speakers (min 20W), external audio output, VESA mounting, standard AC power, energy-efficient design, and include a hospitality-compatible remote. Crucially, all TVs must integrate with eVideon.
Performance Standards & Installation
A two-year manufacturer's warranty with free replacement and return shipping for normal wear and tear is required. The contractor will be responsible for "white glove" installation, performance verification, validation, and protecting existing equipment and property during the process. Specific delivery location and timeline will be provided post-award.
