Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide climate control environment at various work areas at Camp Crabbs and Camp Blizzard during the duration of the contract for Exercise Tradewinds 2026 (ExTW-26) ATG.

• Provide seven (7) installed 36,000 BTU (3 Ton) Air Conditioning units.

• Units must be capable of maintaining room temperature between 68 and 73 degrees Fahrenheit (20 to 23 degrees Celsius).

• Units must be equipped with standard safety equipment and generators for electrical power as required by local laws.

• Install, test, maintain, and uninstall the AC units.

• Provide on-site operating instructions and operating manuals.

• Provide a maintenance package for repairs at no additional cost to the Government.

• Replace units within 6 hours if they cannot be repaired.

• Provide a service technician on-call 24/7, with on-site arrival within 2 hours of a trouble call.

• Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) for all tasks is 100% compliant, except for repair notification which is Pass or Fail.

• Units must be mission-capable and free from defects.

• Performance will be monitored via a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• Period of Performance: 4 June 2026 to 16 June 2026.
