Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial duties. Services are required at Camp Crabbs and Camp Blizzard, including barracks, latrines, conference areas, medical facilities, offices, classrooms, and work areas. The scope includes daily cleaning, as well as initial and final deep cleaning of barracks. All services must meet an "Acceptable Quality Level (AQL): 100% Compliant" standard, monitored by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Eligibility & Requirements
- Registration: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
- Insurance: Defense Base Act (DBA) Workers' Compensation Insurance is mandatory for services outside the U.S. and must be secured after award and submitted with the quote.
- Personnel: Employees must be local nationals; entry for non-local nationals with out-of-country visas will be denied. Personnel require background checks and may be subject to security clearance.
- Management: Contractor must provide a Contract Manager and an Alternate Contract Manager with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Compliance: Adherence to applicable safety laws and regulations, including FAR 52.236-13 and EM 385-1-1, is required. Employees must be identified as contractor personnel.
- Service Hours: Services are to be performed between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday, excluding recognized holidays and government-directed closings.
