Scope of Work
The BIA seeks a contractor to provide a turnkey, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) ELP assessment solution with end-to-end services. Key components include:
- Assessment Administration: Online and paper-based assessments.
- Student Registration Portal: Development and maintenance of a secure online portal integrated with BIE's Student Information System (NASIS).
- Training Support: End-user training.
- Scoring and Reporting: Accurate and timely reporting in multiple formats.

- Helpdesk Support: Four-tier helpdesk.

Key Information Sought

Performance & Compliance Requirements
