Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide on-call Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) range sweep and clearance services for the Remagen Hand Grenade Range at Fort Jackson, SC, ensuring safety and availability of training areas.

• Perform scheduled or on-demand range clearance operations as directed by task orders.

• Provide EOD/UXO qualified personnel for systematic survey and clearance.

• Identify and safely demolish surface and sub-surface explosive hazards in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Tasks include surface sweep and clearance (using metal detectors), sub-surface sweep and clearance (using geophysical instruments), and on-site demolition of identified hazards.

• Provide a Final Clearance Report upon completion of each task order.

• 100% of designated acreage must be systematically swept and cleared.

• All located explosive hazards must be identified and disposed of in accordance with safety regulations.

• Final Clearance Report must be accurate, complete, and submitted within 5 business days of completing on-site work.

• Zero safety violations and minimal safety infractions are required.

• Place of Performance: Remagen Hand Grenade Range, Fort Jackson, SC.

• Contractor Support Hours: 0700 to 1800, Monday through Sunday, as required.

• Contractor must develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP).
