This is a synopsis/presolicitation notice regarding the proposed addition of multiple National Stock Numbers (NSNs) from FSC 2925 and 6150 to an existing long-term strategic/sole source contract. A total of eight (8) NSNs are targeted for this contract effort, with their associated Part Numbers listed in an attachment.

The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to Unison at CAGE 59501. The items are intended for addition to existing sole source contract SPE4A5-20-D-0025 under award to Unison, CAGE 59501, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.

This is a letter solicitation format intended for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). If any non-OEM source is interested in any of the NSNs, they must notify the Contracting Officer prior to the synopsis closing date. Surplus dealers are also invited to respond.

Responses from non-OEMs should identify items of interest, provide evidence of the ability to supply the items for the contract period, and include the quantity available and price. A copy of the letter of interest should be forwarded to the contracting officer.

The Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchasing existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.
