Quick Summary
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is issuing a presolicitation synopsis for the proposed addition of eight National Stock Numbers (NSNs) from Federal Supply Classes (FSC) 2925 (Engine Electrical System Components, Aircraft Prime Moving) and 6150 to an existing long-term strategic/sole source contract. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to Unison (CAGE 59501) under existing contract SPE4A5-20-D-0025, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.

These items have been identified as sole source.

Response & Evaluation
The Government intends to use a letter solicitation format to the sole source Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). However, non-OEM sources and surplus dealers interested in any of the NSNs are invited to respond. Responses should identify items of interest, provide evidence of the ability to supply for the contract period, and include quantity available and price. The Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchasing existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in its best interest.
