Scope of Work
The anticipated contract will cover comprehensive grounds maintenance for approximately 3.5 acres of improved grounds, flower beds, associated roads, parking lots, and sidewalks. Services include:
- Landscaping: Grass cutting, trimming, edging, leaf removal, soil aeration, mulching, turf repair, pest control reporting, litter policing, weed/vegetation control, fertilization, tree/shrub/hedge pruning, branch/limb removal.
- Power Washing: Sidewalks (within 100 feet of building) and outdoor furniture.
- Snow Removal and Ice Control: Approximately 15,000 square yards of parking lots, 200 yards of roadway, and 550 square yards of sidewalks, loading docks, and building entrances. The contractor will furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, and supplies.

Response Requirements
